About the Chance

Heidelberg Materials Australia is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Tipper Drivers to join our growing fleet teams based out of Wolffdene Quarry. We’re seeking drivers who prioritise safety, are results‑driven, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering quarry products to both our internal concrete plants and a range of external job sites. This is a full‑time night shift position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities
Deliver quarry products to internal plants and external job sites.
Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Quarry.
Operate reliable and well‑maintained equipment.
Communicate effectively and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.
Perform duties safely in line with fatigue management regulations, National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS), and National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).

Qualifications
Holds a Multi Combination or Heavy Combination Licence.




Experience operating a truck and dog combination is not essential but highly regarded.
Results focused, self‑motivated, and takes pride in work.
Strong safety focus.
Positive understanding of the transport industry and fatigue management regulations.
Willingness to learn and progress within the Heidelberg Materials Transport Department.

Perks
Base rate of $40.85 per hour (includes 25% loading), plus overtime penalties (1.5× after 8 hours, 2× after 10 hours).
Night shift hours: 4:30pm – 4:30am.
All PPE and uniforms provided.
