About the Role

Ariya Health is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Dispatch & Pick/Pack Clerk to join our team in Townsville. This full-time position is vital to ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders following specifications
Manage high-volume dispatch and distribution of goods
Maintain exact inventory records and assist with stock takes
Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring organized storage
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients
Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution
Robust attention to detail, ability to work accurately & quickly under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities




Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Team player attitude
Immediate availability is a plus
