SEEKING EXPERIENCED VOICE PICKERS & CONTAINER CREW

Experienced Voice Pickers & Container Crew – Canning Vale | $33.85 p/h | Casual Role with Permanent Opportunities

Labourforce are currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers and Container Crew to join a busy wholesale distribution centre located in Canning Vale.

Our client is a well‑established Australian‑owned wholesale distribution company supplying supermarkets and retailers with household goods, food products and alcoholic beverages.

Due to continued growth, we have multiple casual positions available, with opportunities to progress into permanent roles after approximately three months for reliable and high‑performing candidates.

Pay & Shifts
$33.85 per hour (casual loading included)
Early morning allowance for shifts starting before 6am
Monday – Friday roster
Multiple shift options available

Duties
Voice picking orders using a voice‑directed picking system
Unloading/loading containers
Operating an electric pallet jack (EPJ) / MHE




Picking products across multiple warehouse settings:
Dry store
Cold store
Freezer
Alcohol distribution
Repetitive manual handling up to 30kg
Working to pick rate KPIs
Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse workplace

All candidates must be willing to work across all warehouse areas, including cold and freezer environments.

Requirements
Previous voice picking experience preferred
Double MHE / EPJ experience preferred but not essential
Recent pick pack experience in a busy distribution centre
Ability to meet picking KPIs
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg repeatedly
Ability to work well within a team workplace

Pre‑Employment Requirements
Pass a pre‑employment medical
Pass a drug and alcohol test
Participate in random on‑site drug and alcohol testing
