Mon‑Fri 5:30am – 1:30pm (30‑38 hours a week)

Position Overview

Stunning snowfield's location with a fun, supportive team and a lively atmosphere.
Assist in the preparation, bulk cooking, and presentation of meals to a consistently high standard across a variety of group settings
Cater for large school groups, corporate functions, and general day‑to‑day guests
Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and allergen controls, especially when catering for children
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation in line with HACCP and internal guidelines

Qualifications
Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
Food Safety Supervisor certification (highly regarded)




Proven experience in bulk or high‑volume cooking environments (service‑ready and calm under pressure)
Solid understanding of allergen management and dietary needs, particularly in settings involving children
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both junior and senior kitchen staff
Passionate about fresh food with an eye for quality and presentation
Ability to work nights, weekends & peak periods
Reliability, good vibes, and a strong work ethic
