We are seeking an energetic and hands-on “Jack” of all trades to join our National Merchandising Team.

We are looking for an experienced full time Merchandiser based in the Parramatta, NSW area.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a defined territory to a high standard, ensuring our products are well stocked, presented, and aligned to company and Bunnings expectations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the Jack brand,



building robust in-store relationships while supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives.

Some overnight and regional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across your territory
Manage stock levels including replenishment, adjustments, and inventory accuracy
Build and maintain robust relationships with Bunnings team members
Execute merchandising plans, relays, and promotional displays
Ensure pricing, ticketing, and product positioning is accurate and compliant
Support store projects, new store setups, and range launches

Requirements
Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided)
Previous merchandising or sales representative experience
Bunnings experience (highly regarded)
Hardware or retail experience (highly regarded)
