A leading premium personal watercraft dealership is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead sales operations and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day dealership operations.
Drive sales performance across new and used inventory.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Lead customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery.
Coordinate with administration, finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Participate in dealership content creation, including social media videos, promotional campaigns and customer delivery content.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Essential Requirements
Proven track record in sales with demonstrated results.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.




Self-motivated with a solid desire to succeed in a commission-based workplace.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
Comfortable appearing in and contributing to social media and marketing content.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous management or leadership experience is highly regarded.
Experience within marine, automotive, motorcycle, powersports or other high-value retail sales industries is advantageous.

Remuneration

A market-competitive salary package is available, including performance-based commissions.

Candidates with exceptional sales experience but limited management experience may still be considered. In such cases, remuneration and/or an initial trial period may be negotiated based on experience and demonstrated capability.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
