Dock Coordinator / Driver – Perth Depot (Full-Time Permanent)

Coolway Trans is a 100% asset-based, temperature-controlled transport company operating nationally with an employed-driver, zero-contractor model. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Dock Coordinator / Driver to join our Perth team.

About the Role

Monday to Friday
Start time between 4:00am and 6:00am
10–12 hour shifts (this role is not suitable for applicants seeking standard 8-hour days)
Coordinate the morning dock operation by unloading interstate linehaul trailers, loading local delivery vehicles, and setting up daily runs
Complete local deliveries in a rigid or semi-trailer when required
Work within a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 4°C–6°C)

Essential Requirements
Current HC or HR Driver Licence (HR licence holders must be willing to upgrade to HC)
Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)




This is a direct permanent employment position with Coolway Trans. We do not engage drivers on an ABN or through a company (ACN). If you are seeking contractor or owner-driver work, please do not apply.
Ability to work comfortably in a cold setting for extended periods
Good written and spoken English
Experience handling refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight is highly desirable
