Job Overview

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure service requests are managed efficiently. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll coordinate schedules, provide timely updates, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.

Key areas:
Provide customer service over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
Coordinate and schedule work when needed
Update clients with the status of their jobs
Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls
