About the Role
This is a hands-on position working within a small, experienced team. Your work will be split between:
Retaining wall construction
Earthworks
Excavation and site preparation
General construction labour
Operating machinery (experience preferred)
What We're Looking For
Experience in retaining wall construction and/or earthworks
Solid work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well within a small team
Construction White Card (essential)
Excavator or machinery experience (highly regarded)
MR/HR licence (advantage but not essential)
