Right now, we’re looking for experienced meat processors with robust knife skills, to prepare our meat products, to help make top quality baked goods for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Prepare, cut, dice and mince meats to recipe specs (no beef carcass breaking)Maintain sharp knives and secure knife-handling practicesFollow quality control and meat-processing standards; complete basic recordsWork clean: food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance at all timesCollaborate with the production team to meet schedules and minimise wasteHandle manual tasks safely (lifting, staging, sanitising,



end-of-shift clean-down)

About You

Available Monday–Friday from 5:00 amExperience in meat preparation, cutting, dicing and mincingStrong knife-sharpening skillsSolid understanding of QC and meat processing standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically capable to meet the demands of the jobSafety-first mindset with WHS complianceThrive in a rapid-paced environmentCert II or III in Meat Processing (advantageous, not essential)
