Mondrian Gold Coast is a luxury lifestyle hotel positioned at the intersection of design, culture, wellness and contemporary hospitality. The hotel houses elevated accommodation, Ciel Spa, premium event spaces and destination dining, attracting both leisure and corporate audiences.

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator – Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic planning, creation, publishing, monitoring and optimisation of organic and paid social media activity across all F&B; outlets. This is a full-time position, required on property 5 days per week - with occasional weekend work required.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Develop and maintain a rolling monthly content calendar aligned to venue programming
Plan weekly posting cadence based on events, need periods and promotions
Write captions aligned to brand tone (luxury, confident, culturally relevant)
Schedule and publish content via Dash Social
Monitor comments and DMs daily and liaise with venue teams for operational responses
Engage with local hospitality accounts, influencers and community pages
Monitor competitor venue activity for trend awareness
Collaborate with Director of Marketing & Digital Agency on paid campaign objectives

Previous experience with Marketing software.
Has a flair for elevated luxury and wellness storytelling.
Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
