AMPT Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Driving Instructor/Assessor to join our team based in Mandurah, WA. This is a casual position where you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Providing professional and comprehensive driving instruction and assessment to clients
Conducting theory and practical driving tests to assess clients' competence and skills
Providing detailed feedback to clients on their performance and areas for improvement
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all training and assessment activities
Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in driving instruction and assessment, such as a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics, Certificate IV in Training and Assessing.
Extensive experience as a driving instructor/assessor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
