Customer Service Representative – Entry level

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a long-term career.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is comfortable in a customer-facing environment – we’ll provide the training and support to build your skills.

About the roll

In this role, you’ll be a part of our customer service team, helping customers with orders, enquires and day-day support

You’ll learn how to:

· Communicate with customers and build strong relationships

· Process and manage customer orders

· Prepare quotes and assist with enquires

· Work with different departments within the business to get the best outcome for customers

No experience? No problem – we’ll train you step by step





What we’re looking for

· A good communicator (written and verbal)

· Reliable and able to work in a team

· Organised and willing to ask questions
