About the role:As an Assistant Boutique Manager at our high performing Burnside Boutique, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a robust sales result.
You will assist as a leader to:Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and proceduresSupport the Boutique Manager in managing the team effectively, leading by exampleDrive the team to achieve successInspire and motivate your team,
supporting the Boutique Manager in identifying individual potential and providing coaching to Client AdvisorsCreate a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach
The ideal candidates will have:Experience in a similar positionBackground in overseeing a store, supporting the personnel of a store and making decisions including rostering of employeesFull-time availability on a Sunday to Thursday rotation
