Hopscotch Bar and Paloma's in Braddon is looking for part time & casual chefs to join our expanding team. We are looking for chefs who have a passion for great quality food and enjoy working in a fast paced workplace, with the ability to maintain a high standard of quality and presentation of food.

Requirements:

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
Experience in high volume cooking
Passionate about cooking and producing quality dishes consistently
Excellent cooking skills
Robust work ethic
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Impeccable presentation and hygiene
Knowledge of food safety requirements and kitchen operations
