We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Roads Maintenance Labourers to join a growing team delivering essential roadside vegetation maintenance services across the Brisbane region.
This is an active, outdoor role that offers a excellent work-life balance with a 4-day working week and ongoing employment prospects.
About the Role
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Walking designated streets and road corridors
Applying herbicides using a backpack (knapsack) spray unit
Weed control along footpaths, gutters, kerbs, and roadside areas
Following protected work practices and environmental guidelines
Completing daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
To be considered for this position,
you must have:
A current Driver's Licence
A current White Card
The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
A robust level of physical fitness
The capability to walk up to 20km per day while carrying a backpack spray unit weighing approximately 15kg
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
