Our Perth Branch is seeking a Part‑Time Customer Service Specialist (3–4 working days per week) to join our team.
Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Responsible, reliable, and accountable
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
• Availability for 3–4 working days per week
• Candidates holding a 485 visa, Permanent Residency, or Australian Citizenship will be given priority due to work‑rights considerations
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
• Process and file customer documents
• Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
• Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
• Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
