About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hands on Human Resources Administrator to provide general support to the HR Manager and the broader HR Team. If you're organised, curious, people-focused and keen to learn, we'll like to hear from you:




Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements
Onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle support
Processing transactions including contract variations, employee movements
HR reporting, including compliance reporting, and monthly dashboards
Support policy updates, document control and communication across the organisation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
