Responsibilities
Deploy the strategy and business management plans at the site, establish actions, allocate resources, monitor compliance, and report progress to the business.
Stay up-to-date with company developments and industry-wide practices that influence daily activities.
Comply with and enforce applicable regulations at the site, ensuring quality, safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental standards.
Ensure business processes are deployed, implemented, and maintained; contribute to adaptations when necessary and compile the site’s SWOT vision for inclusion in process documentation.
Maintain accurate records and communicate work-in-progress to stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company, client, and staff information.
Promote the company to ensure a positive image to interested parties.
Demonstrate commitment to the company’s values and equal prospects policy.
Complete relevant training (job‑specific, health and safety, environmental).
Identify and implement improved ways to support company objectives; manage best practices for the site.
Prepare evidence for defense of internal or external audits.
Fulfill responsibilities for general processes and systems related to quality, product safety, occupational risk prevention, and the workplace.
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in similar or related roles.
Tertiary qualification relevant to the position (e.g., Higher Engineering Diploma/Master’s Degree or Engineering Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree).
Experience with office management software such as MS Office (Excel and Word).
