About The Role
We are seeking suitably experienced warehouse supervisor to play an important role in the warehouse operations. As warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for managing a small team, assisting with all warehouse activities, and ensuring effective and timely movements of loads within a busy transport yard.
Key Responsibilities
Effective leadership of a small warehouse teamEnsuring efficient yard operationsTrailer loading/unloading, load-restraint and ensuring the corresponding paperwork is accurateSecuring loads with load restraintsEnsuring the immediate work area is safe and free of hazards
Qualifications And Experience
Previous experience in a busy transport yardPrevious experience managing a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's licence and transportHigh reach experienceLF License – 2.5 tonne or higher is highly regardedInvoicing experience is highly regarded
