The Sandbar Scarborough Beach is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.
Located right on Scarborough Beach, we're a fast-paced venue serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, with a solid focus on quality food, functions, and exceptional customer experiences.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy commercial kitchen.
A passion for producing consistently high-quality food.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Robust communication skills and a positive team attitude.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard.
Managing your section and ensuring smooth service.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Assisting with stock rotation and minimising waste.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Helping train and support junior kitchen staff.
