You will be responsible for:
Preparing notices of annual general meetings
Preparing committee notices
Liaising with clients on various matters
Managing calendars
Assisting body corporate managers with various aspects of managing schemes

We are seeking someone with:

A great multitasker with robust prioritization skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to be resourceful and proactive.
Current driver’s license
