The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Able to strictly follow instructions from the landlords
Robust leader to lead the residential team
Great communication skills and client care to keep and build up the business
Ability to control maintenance costs

A team player who can lead and build the team and the business to expand quick
Willing to take after-hours calls for emergencies
Can speak Mandarin is an advantage, but not necessary
