Silverchain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support older clients in Port Stephens and surrounding suburbs. You will provide home help and personal care, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance, while fostering independence and wellbeing.
We require a Cert 3 in Individual Support or equivalent and at least 3 months of relevant experience. A valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy vehicle are preferred.
