Job details:Service Managers oversee the delivery and support of IT tools and services to users throughout the organisation, and sometime to external users as well. They look for opportunties to improve service delivery support and ensure it meets user and business needs.
Key duties and responsibilitiesThe Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited toManaging project risks and issues and escalating as appropriateManaging project resourcesLiaising with technical teams to analyse and implement change to integrate the Service Graph Connectors with CMDB.Designing, reconciling and optimising identification for reliability and high quality wor.Reviewing discovery schedules,



discovery status, and processing validation to ensure authoritative and correct correlated CIs are updated and to minimised duplication.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:Technical SpecificationsChange RequestsAs built documentationKnowledge Articles
All deliverables performed by the specified personnel must:be performed or delivered promptly and without delay in accordance with the timeframes notified by the buyer from time to time; andmeet the assessment and performance criteria set out in any monitoring and performance assessment processes notified to the seller from time to time.
