The Chance
We’re on the hunt for a switched‑on Administration Officer to join our team in Karratha, WA. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll be the engine room of our operations — delivering high-quality administrative support and building strong relationships with our customers. What You’ll Be Doing
Processing daily run sheets and operational documentation accurately and on time
Validating service data,
work orders, disposal dockets and operational records to keep billing and cost allocation running smoothly
Partnering with Operations Supervisors, and Finance teams to keep operational and financial information complete and accurate
Supporting month‑end activities, reporting and reconciliations
About You
Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
JDE experience is a bonus (but not essential!)
