Uniting Garden Suburb is an aged care home in Lake Macquarie. This position is a clinical leadership role with 60 hours per fortnight and up to full time hours, offering AM/PM shifts and a dementia-care focus.

You will lead resident care plans, perform clinical assessments and coordinate with medical teams and families to advocate for residents’ quality of life. You must hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration and have at least 12 months’ dementia experience.
