Night Duty – Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse at Bolton Clarke’s Tantula Rise Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care and service delivery for all residents.
Provide secure and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating resident care in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
Complete all required training.
Collaborate with team members, residents, their families and visitors in a friendly, supportive manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Nurse with experience in aged care highly regarded.
Passion for the aged care industry.
High level of written and verbal English skills.
Willingness to apply for a National Police Check.
Evidence of Australian work rights.
Commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion.
