Tyrepower Butler is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
About the Role
Assist customers with tyre, wheel, suspension and battery enquiries
Prepare quotes and bookings in person, over the phone and via email
Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
Coordinate workshop bookings and communicate with customers
Support the day-to-day operations of the store
About You
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Automotive or tyre industry experience is an advantage
Strong communication and computer skills
Reliable, well-presented and motivated
Ability to work in a quick-paced team setting
Driver's licence preferred
