What You Will Be Doing
Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Support company promotions and sales events.
Coach and develop team members to drive performance.
Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world‑class standards.
Drive Design Services business by motivating associates.
Create a positive workplace where associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People‑First Philosophy.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Retail leadership experience, preferably in homewares or specialty retail.




Passion for customer service and enhancing customers’ lives at home.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team to exceed goals.

Proven success in achieving results independently and through others by creating teamwork spirit.

Physical Requirements
Mobile within the store and back‑of‑house areas, including standing for long periods.
Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment to safety standards.
Lift and mobilise medium to large items up to 30 kg using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
