About the Role

This hands-on role is responsible for operating roll forming machinery to produce high-quality steel products while ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor roll form machinery and related equipment
Set up machines according to production specifications
Measure, inspect, and quality-check finished products
Load and unload steel coils and materials
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and secure work setting
Work collaboratively with the production and dispatch teams

About You The ideal candidate will possess:




Experience operating roll form machinery or similar manufacturing equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to accurately measure and work to specifications
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Experience in the steel, roofing, or manufacturing industry is highly regarded
