7:00am – Bike Marshal arrival and briefing
7:15am – Event formalities commence and participant warm-up, hosted by the Cowboys
7:30am – 21km Walk starts
7:35am – Team photo at the Townsville sign
12:00pm – Finale formalities and cheque presentation
1:00pm – Event concludes
10km Walk

Start: Robertson Park | Finish: Cowboys Training HQ

9:30am – 10km Walk starts

Participants will return here to celebrate their achievement and take part in the event finale.
10km Walk

Start: Robertson Park
14 Cape Pallarenda Road, Town Common

Finish: Cowboys Training HQ (The Hutchinson Builders Centre)
26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate

Participants will finish at the Training HQ for celebrations, refreshments, and formalities.

Bike Marshal Information

As a Bike Marshal, you will be positioned along the course to help monitor participant safety, provide directional guidance, communicate any issues to event organisers, and assist in maintaining a positive event experience for all walkers.

Please ensure you:
Arrive by 7:00am for the volunteer briefing.
Bring a roadworthy bicycle and wear a helmet at all times.
Carry a fully charged mobile phone.
Wear your event-issued volunteer identification.
Follow all instructions provided by the Event Coordinator and Support Crew Lead.

Catering
--------

Light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the event for volunteers and participants.

At the finale, lunch and refreshments will be provided at Cowboys Training HQ as we celebrate the walkers' achievements together.

Please ensure you have a positive breakfast before arriving to help keep your energy levels up throughout the day.
