Cleaning Supervisor, Grade 3 – Hurlstone Agricultural High School

Employment

Full time, temporary, 12‑month position with possible extension.

Responsibilities
Supervise a small team of housekeeping and cleaning staff across dormitories, offices and overnight accommodation areas.
Conduct inspections, report damages and manage stock control.
Plan duty rosters, allocate duties and monitor health and safety compliance.
Provide training and support to staff.
Rostered weekend work is required.

Qualifications
Experience in cleaning or housekeeping management.
Robust leadership with ability to supervise staff.
Positive organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
