We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Crown Sydney Boutique , partnering with the Boutique Manager to inspire a high-performing team, cultivate enduring client relationships, and deliver an elevated luxury experience.

About You




3+ years’ experience in luxury retail in a management or senior role.
Proven sales and merchandise management success.
Robust communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Professional presentation and grooming.
Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications in retail, marketing, or training & development.
Experience in visual merchandising or luxury jewellery.
Multilingual skills and knowledge of pearls.
