Boorloo Labour is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Excavator Operators for upcoming civil construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
We're looking for skilled operators with proven Final Trim experience who are committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

About the Role
Operating 5T–20T Excavators
Final Trim excavation to specification
Working alongside site supervisors and project teams
Reading and following site plans where required
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience operating 5T–20T Excavators
Proven Final Trim experience with contactable references
White Card (Construction Induction)
Relevant Excavator Operator tickets/licences
Strong understanding of civil construction practices
High level of safety awareness and compliance
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
Reliable transport and current driver's licence
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
