About the prospect
Radpharm Scientific is seeking recent science graduates to join our team as a production operator role. Previous GMP manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential. All training will be provided on the job.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
In this role you will perform all production activities on our flagship product, ensure all customer orders and deliveries are met within agreed timelines,
whilst adhering to all GMP and quality requirements.
Duties
-Perform all manufacturing activities as requested by management in accordance with area SOPs.
-Write and review all production documentation.
-Complete all documentation as directed by internal quality systems.
-Adhere to all quality requirements.
-Perform all activities such that production schedules and deadlines are met.
-Effectively communicate requirements/concerns with the production manager/supervisors.
What you will need to succeed
Valuable communication and reporting skills
Able to work rotating shifts
Documentation skill and accuracy. Attention to detail.
Able to meet deadlines
Computer literacy. Ability to use application such as Microsoft Office Suite and other programs.
Ability to work as a team member
Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing environment would be ideal but not necessary
Previous medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be ideal but not necessary
