About the role
In this role, the Customer Projects Coordinator will be the primary customer contact throughout the product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
managing customer requirements and expectations
monitoring project milestones, budgets & schedules
proactively managing risks, scope changes and issues
building/maintaining strong customer relationships & partnerships
overseeing job write-ons and quality standards.
liaising with our Production Manager on scheduling & forecasting
generating purchase requests while adhering to company policies.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Min. 2+ years previous customer service experience essential
Previous project coordination or manufacturing experience (electronics industry experience advantageous)
Strong organisational skills + ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to undertake occasional inter/intrastate travel
Degree in Business, Engineering or related highly regarded but not essential.
