About the role
As a Receptionist at Brian Hilton Toyota Wyong, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our business. From welcoming guests to handling enquiries, your role ensures our customers feel supported and informed every step of the way.

You’ll assist with daily admin, liaise with our staff, and make sure every customer interaction is professional and complete. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced workplace and genuinely enjoys delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities
Manage incoming calls customer enquiries
Assist with general admin and data entry
Provide prompt, professional service

About you
Experience in a similar or admin role




Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident under pressure with excellent time management
Skilled in Microsoft Office
A customer-first attitude and a high level of attention to detail
