Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage phone inquiries and appointment bookings.
Assist with spa operations, including set-up of treatments areas, food/drink/platter preparation, cleaning and restocking
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area
Handling daily operating duty

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility to work weekends and have availability of minimum 4 days each week.
Well-presented appearance that aligns with the spa's luxurious atmosphere.
Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced workplace is desirable.
Passion for contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating setting.

Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends.

Receptionist and front desk experience required.

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
