About the Role

Flick Anticimex is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Hygiene division in the Canberra region.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established territory, develop new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with commercial customers. You'll be responsible for identifying recent prospects, managing your sales pipeline and helping businesses create cleaner, safer and healthier workplaces through our industry-leading hygiene solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
Growing hygiene sales throughout Canberra and surrounding areas
Developing new business opportunities and generating leads
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Conducting client meetings and site assessments
Preparing proposals and closing sales opportunities
Managing your territory and sales pipeline effectively
Working closely with operational teams to deliver great customer outcomes

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in BDM, sales or account management roles




Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A self-motivated and results-driven approach
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
Experience achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Current Australian Driver's Licence
