Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reception duties, managing the front desk and supporting clubhouse operations
Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests and members




Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operationsEnsure the flawless execution of clubhouse events, working closely with the wider events team to deliver premium experiences

What we’re looking for:
Experience in Hospitality, Events or community management
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
