Review and support personalised care plans. Build trusted relationships with residents and families.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support and guide care team members. What you’ll bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Nursing. NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.





Robust clinical skills and confidence managing complex care needs. Ideally, 2 to 5 years’ RN experience, preferably in aged care or a similar setting.
