What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service
Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members
Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
Helping maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
Managing prep levels, stock rotation, and portion control
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services
Working collaboratively with front of house and leadership teams
Leading by example with professionalism and urgency

What We’re Looking For
Ability to lead by example, support teammates,



and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays
Confidence working under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
High energy, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering quality every service
Previous experience in a fast-paced skilled kitchen with a strong foundation in service, preparation, and kitchen operations
A chef who is ready to grow into leadership and take the next step in their career
Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
