Proven hands-on construction or installation experience
Natural leader on site — crew respect you without you having to demand it
Reliable and consistent — you show up, you follow through, you finish the job
Safety-first mindset — you don't cut corners when it matters
Organised — you think a week ahead, not just the day in front of you
Current driver's licence — site travel is daily

Desirable
Fibreglass pool installation experience or Leisure Pools product knowledge
Experience supervising a crew or working as a leading hand
White card and any relevant construction certifications
Subcontractor management experience — booking, briefing, holding to account
Genuine interest in growing into a senior or project management role

Company Vehicle





A company vehicle is provided for site travel across the region. Private use is permitted subject to ATO FBT provisions.

Training & Upskilling

You will attend Leisure Pools and supplier training. The business pays for training time and costs. Product knowledge is a career asset — we invest in it deliberately.

Explicit Path Forward

Formal 3-month and 6-monthly reviews with management. Performance against KPIs drives remuneration progression. As the division grows, so does the opportunities in the role and earning capacity.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
