Position Overview

The Netskope Director, Regional Sales will lead and grow the sales organization in Brisbane, overseeing a team of 5 to 10 sales representatives and managing Regional Sales Managers.

Responsibilities
Directly supervise 5 to 10 sales representatives and perform supervisory duties.
Hire, train, and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers.
Communicate effectively across the organization, forecast accurately, and add value in sales cycles.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
Lead sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
Contribute to the sales leadership team, fostering a positive achievement‑oriented workplace and maintaining company culture and reputation.

Job Requirements
20+ years of experience within a sales organization.
10+ years of sales leadership experience, including at least 4 years at a Director level.
Successful track record selling security and networking technologies (e.g., proxies, next‑generation firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN, SSO, DLP, encryption gateways) to Fortune 1,000 customers.




Verifiable quota‑exceeding record.
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key local resellers and national partners.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate sales teams.
Prior management of territories generating over $100 million in revenue.
Resident of the targeted geography with local relationships.
Willing to travel 50%–75% within the region.

Education
Bachelor’s degree.
