About the Role

You will own delivery of your projects end-to-end: programme, P&L;, client, risk and handover. You are not the estimator and you do not produce the commercial paperwork - a dedicated Contracts Administrator prepares variations and claims, you drive the outcomes. Mix of site and office across metro Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
Own the programme in OnlineGantt and the 2-week lookahead with your Site Supervisor
Own project P&L; - cost control, margin forecast, WIP reporting
Own the client relationship - strata managers, owners corporations, consultants
Drive variations, progress claims and EOT outcomes (CA prepares the paperwork)
Manage project risk, QA hold points and a clean handover

Skills Required




5+ years PM experience in construction - remedial/strata/facade strongly preferred
Contract literacy: variations, EOTs, progress claims
Confident client-facing operator, calm under commercial pressure
Programme discipline - you live in the schedule, not react to it
White Card and driver's licence

Desirable
Class 2 remedial background; concrete repair, waterproofing or fire knowledge
Experience with OnlineGantt (or similar) and Notion

What's On Offer
$130,000-$180,000 base + super
Vehicle (or reimbursement) + fuel + phone
Up to 12% bonus on delivered margin
Weekly pay
You own programme, P&L;, client, risk and handover - not estimating, not commercial admin
Explicit path to Senior PM and Construction Manager
