About the Role

Denza Adelaide is seeking a motivated and organised Parts Interpreter / Warranty Clerk to join our growing Aftersales team.

This role is responsible for supporting daily parts operations while assisting with manufacturer warranty administration, ensuring efficient workshop operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret parts requirements and accurately identify, source and order genuine vehicle parts.
Process customer, workshop and internal parts enquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain parts inventory, stock control and warehouse organisation.
Receive, check and allocate incoming parts deliveries.
Prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims in accordance with warranty policies and procedures.
Monitor warranty claim status and liaise with the manufacturer regarding approvals and enquiries.
Maintain accurate warranty documentation and service records.
Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and the Aftersales team to ensure effective workflow.
Assist with general administrative duties within the Aftersales Department.




Perform other reasonable duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Warranty Clerk or similar dealership role.
Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
Solid knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems is advantageous.

Highly Regarded
Previous BYD experience.
Previous EV (Electric Vehicle) dealership experience.
Experience processing manufacturer warranty claims.
