What you'll be doing:
Leading and supporting the clinical and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Overseeing care planning, resident assessments, and clinical governance
Driving compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance requirements,



and legislative obligations
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
Promoting resident choice, dignity, and a genuine sense of home
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and service quality

What you'll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous leadership experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator or Care Manager, with at least 2 years' experience in aged care
Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
Confident leadership, communication, and team management skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional aged care
