Geosyntec values hiring experts who are cutting-edge and eager to grow. This Sydney role seeks a motivated Administrator to manage finance administration, project lifecycle, and the office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the office, project managers and senior management across all Geosyntec offices.
Proposal and project set‑up.
Assist with purchase order set‑up and maintenance, including supplier invoice submissions.
Provide advice on project set‑up, tax requirements, invoicing and revenue.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Revenue analysis and financial performance reviews.
Project revenue analysis for PMs.
Backlog and market sector reporting.
Ad hoc reporting for senior management.
Monthly invoicing cycle and timesheet reporting.
Client purchase order reviews.
Purchase order / expense reconciliation / supplier management.
Inbox management – Geosyntec admin & personal.
Site onboarding – medicals – travel requests – document control.
General office administration.
Education and Licensure
Minimum three (3) years of progressive project administration experience, preferably in a qualified services firm.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; significant work experience accepted.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Experience in a qualified services firm (engineering preferred).
Experience with multi‑disciplinary project teams.
