What you'll be doing
Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products and answering enquiries
Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and promotion of products
Assisting with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to create an inviting shopping setting
Supporting daily store operations, including cash handling and following company policies and procedures

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role,



preferably in the retail industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience
Confidence in handling cash and following cash handling procedures
A versatile approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
